161 Heathwood Heights – Update

This is an update regarding the development application for 161 Heathwood Heights.

As part of the process, the applicant will be hosting a Community Information Session on Tuesday, September 30th. This meeting is being hosted by the applicant as an opportunity to present their proposal and hear directly from residents before the formal Statutory Public Planning Meeting is held by the Town.

Community Information Session Details:
📅 Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2025
🕕 Time: 7PM to 9PM
📍 Location: UCMAS Program Room B (1st Floor at the AFLC)
🎯 Hosted by the applicant – This session serves as an informal open house to provide information and gather community feedback in advance of the statutory public meeting.

To date, the following studies have been submitted by the applicant:

Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share any concerns they may have regarding the proposed development. Your input plays a key role in shaping the review and decision-making process.

  1. Definitely not agree. That area is very nice and peaceful. If build up 6 town houses, it will caused security issues and breakdown the green environment
