65 St John’s Sideroad

Last week, Council went into a private session to discuss the appeal of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications, as well as the Site Plan application for 65 St. John’s Sideroad. After deliberation, Council reported out and voted 4-2 to approve the confidential direction given to staff, with Councillor Gaertner and myself opposed and Councillor Weese was absent.
I opposed the direction given as I felt it was not the right course of action. I will have more to say once this information is made public.
