Over the last few days, fellow Council members and myself attended the annual AMO conference in Ottawa. It was great to engage with leaders from across the province, exchange ideas, and discuss the future of our communities. We had many discussions during the sessions, covering a wide range of topics from sustainable development to economic growth. It was also a great opportunity to represent Aurora, showcasing our town’s achievements and learning from the successes of others. I’m excited to implement the insights and strategies we’ve gained from this conference as we continue to work toward making Aurora an even better place to live, work, and grow.
