Eight years. Hundreds of Coffees. Thousands of Conversations.

When I first launched Coffee with the Mayor, the idea was simple: no speeches, no agenda, just a chance to share a coffee and listen to your thoughts and ideas.

Over the past eight years, those conversations have helped shape my view of our community. You’ve shared your honest feedback, your ideas, your concerns, and your dreams for Aurora. As a result, many of the initiatives we’ve delivered started with a conversation over a coffee. To everyone who has joined me over the years, thank you. Every conversation has mattered.

Being Mayor means showing up every day, being accessible and listening. That’s my commitment to you, and one I’ll continue to keep. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together over these past eight years, and I’m looking forward to many more coffees, conversations, and opportunities to keep building an even stronger community.

Thank you, Aurora. The coffee has been great, but the conversations have been even better. Aurora is always better when we listen to one another.
