I am proud to once again endorse Mayor Tom Mrakas for re-election in the Town of Aurora.
I have had the privilege of watching Tom lead this community with genuine commitment and consistency. What sets him apart isn’t just his record, it’s the way he shows up. Tom is present and engaged. He understands that good leadership isn’t something that happens in council chambers alone; it happens at community events, in conversations with local business owners, and in the moments that remind residents that their Mayor actually knows and cares about this town.
Under his leadership, Aurora has continued on a path of stable, thoughtful growth — the kind that strengthens local businesses, supports families, and preserves what makes out town worth living in. Tom has never lost sight of the fact that people come first.
