Suggested this year earlier to consider incentives to residents to assist with control to offset additional BTK tree spraying for areas the town will not support. Cap an amount to reimburse residents or property tax benefit. Think outside the box to have our community support this very important issue. The time also is now to remove and dispose of eggs on the trees. Who will do that?? I try and do my bit but overwhelming. Please consider how to help incent and get us involved to prevent future losses. Thank you
