Michael Corniffe – Co-Founder & Sports Trainer (Basic Speed & Agility Group) & Resident

“As the Town of Aurora grows, we find areas of its operations and management that require experienced hands and specialized attention. Many opportunities require public review, open discussion and a confident Leader at the helm.

Our sports group coaches train many of Canada’s and the world’s top athletes here in Aurora at one of Aurora’s upgraded outdoor facilities. Aurora lacks appropriate indoor spaces to facilitate the same in cold weather. Tom is the only Councilor that has ever stopped by our facility. He assessed our needs and engaged us in a great discussion. He successfully provoked our own thoughts on the matters of Aurora.

We feel that Tom’s approach, style, integrity, and willingness to hear/consider all sides is refreshing in politics. He’s firm, inclusive and precisely what Aurora needs to progress from its Leadership. Not just where our sporting needs are concerned but for the Town of Aurora as a whole.

I can confidently say that our group supports Team Mrakas. You’ll have our vote for Mayor of Aurora during this 2018 election.”
