My upcoming motion to update the ‘Promenade Secondary Plan”. This update would implement a new forward-thinking vision for the Yonge and Wellington corridors, that will protect our heritage while appropriately and effectively revitalizing our Downtown core by building upon the Library Square redevelopment.
