Special Council Meeting – Stable Neighbourhood Study

Last night at the special Council meeting in regards to the “Stable Neighbourhood Study” Council passed the following motion:

1. That Council direct staff to proceed to a future Public Planning meeting to consider specific changes to the Zoning By-law, implementing other Planning tools such as Site Plan process and urban design guidelines and identify the areas that the proposed amendments will apply to.

This motion after some discussion passed unanimously 7-0 (Councillor Abel and Pirri were absent)

    They don’t seem to be in the shaded area
