Highland Gate Decision

At a meeting of Town Council last evening, Council endorsed a settlement mediated by the OMB on the appeal of the proposed redevelopment of Highland Gate Golf Course. I was unable to support the motion. Here is the video of the meeting, where you will be able to hear my statements as to why I could not support the motion. (I speak first and last). On a recorded vote, the motion passed 6-3 in favour of the settlement.
